Drumcircles

We get people to play together.
We have drum circles as individual events and as recurring events with themes related to learning and development. We travel to all kinds of groups; businesses, institutions, private companies and all kinds of events. We have drums and rhythm instruments for all participants. We know how to set up the circle to achieve good interaction, and when the participants enter, it takes very little time before the whole group is transformed into a large drum orchestra. Good and safe management means that each individual participant uses their own creativity to find their contribution to the interaction. This gives an experience of mastery, regarding, involvement, surprise at both oneself and others, and not least ownership of a shared experience.

The company/team gets a strong and understandable reference metaphor for interaction. The elements that make the interaction works in the drum circle are also important in other forms of interaction. It's about daring to be clearly, support initiatives and not least listen as much as you play.
