Cancellation policy for the workshop Inner Serenity Through Rhythm June 2016

Cancellation by participant

In all cases of cancellation, you are welcome to find another person to take your place without extra costs. When there is a waiting list we can help you to find a replacement.

Until 2 months before the workshop start, payed fees are refundable, except the non-refundable deposit. For cancellation in written between 2 months and 3 days before the workshop start, 50% of the workshop fee is refunded if illness is confirmed by a licensed medical doctor. Later than 3 days before the workshop start, no refunds are available.

With all refunds a NOK 200 administration fee applies.

Cancellation by the organiser

In the event that the workshop leader is unable to lead the workshop because of illness or due to an act of nature, a certified teacher will lead the workshop. If this is not possible, then all workshop payments will be returned.

If there are too few participants the workshop will be cancelled and all paid fee’s returned in full.

Cancellation notice due to to few participants will be at least 14 days before the event.

In case of written cancellation between two months and 3 days before the event is refunded 50% of the event price if illness is confirmed by an authorized doctor. In case of cancellation later than 3 days before the event, no refund is given.

For all refunds, an administration fee of 200 kroner.

Cancellation by the organizer

If the course holder is unable to lead the event due to illness or unforeseen events, a competent substitute will lead the event. If this is not possible, all amounts paid will be refunded in full.

If the event is canceled due to too few participants, all amounts will be refunded in full. The cancellation notice must be at least 14 days before the start of the event if the cancellation is due to too few participants.
