Take Tina's not about performance, experienced musicians as well as beginners will often experience to fall out of rhythm. This is part of the process and part of the development to get more into a flow state. In an act Fortress situation it is good to get a deep understanding of it falling out of coping and experience chaos is part of the way forward. Michael says yes and through Take Tina, most have an experience of time that is different from the stressful time that has with "watch" to do. Take Tina process allows for a contact with the rhythm that reaches all the way to the instinctive in us. Many feel reminiscent of tribal feeling and timeless rituals when we rhythmically move and sing together in group. Meanwhile, Take Tina is one of the most advanced learning forms that exist today. It is all about finding the flow state, not by "taking one thing at a time", but by finding coping that much happening at once. Take Tina uses live music in the process, but participants need no musical training to be with. Participants tell about the experience of confidence, less fear of making mistakes, inner silence, and experience of freedom even though they have been in a clear structure.
